Official check-in time is from 14:00 o’clock.
If you arrive in Amsterdam before 14:00 o’clock, you can leave your luggage at the hotel and explore the city.
We will do our utmost to prepare your room ready as soon as possible.

Check-out is before 12:00 o’clock.

Yes, we have a luggage room where you can leave your luggage after your check out.

Room facilities

How big are the beds in the rooms? How big are the beds in the rooms?

The double beds vary from 140 cm to 180 cm wide, with the length of 200 cm.

The single (twin) beds are 90 cm wide, also with the length of 200 cm.

Do all rooms have a view of the canal? Do all rooms have a view of the canal?

The Deluxe Double Canal View and the Superior Twin Canal View room have standard view on the Prinsengracht canal.

Rooms with a view of the canal are available at a supplement. Please get in touch with the reception for a room upgrade.

Yes, all rooms have airconditioning.

Is there WiFi in the hotel? Is there WiFi in the hotel?

All our rooms, as well as the public areas, offer free WiFi.

We will provide you with the login code upon your check in.

Do you have family rooms? Do you have family rooms?

We have two options for family rooms.

We offer a Family Suite, which gives room for two adults and four children, or four adults and two children. These suites have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Another option is to reserve a Superior Twin Canal View with a sofa bed for two adults and two children.

Hotel facilities

Do you have on-site parking facilities? Do you have on-site parking facilities?

We do not have parking facilities at the hotel, but there are different options for you to park your car securely during your stay in Amsterdam.

Hereby different parking options:

  1. If you do not want to use your car during your stay, you can use WeParc's Valet Parking. The company will collect your car in front of the hotel and bring it back. The costs for the Valet Parking are €45 for the first 24 hours. Each subsequent 24 hours costs €30. If you want to make use of this, please contact us to confirm the reservation.
  2. It is possible to park your car along the canal in front of the hotel. Please be aware that the centre of Amsterdam has daily paid parking, from 9.00 hrs - 0.00 hrs, and on Sundays from 12.00 hrs - 00.00 hrs. It is only possible to pay with maestro or creditcard (no cash). Costs are 67,50€ per 24 hours.
  3. We have a collaboration with two parking (Q-Park Europarking + Q-Park Byzantium) close by the hotel. As guests of our hotel, you can benefit from advantageous prices. It is prohibited to smoke anywhere in the hotel, and in the rooms. A violation of our house rule can result in a penalty of €150,-.

We do serve breakfast in the hotel. 

Our breakfast is served during weekdays from 7:00 until 10:00, and during weekends from 7:30 until 10:30.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our hotel.

Directions to the hotel

How do I get from the airport to the hotel? How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

There are different ways to get our hotel from Schiphol Airport.

By taxi: a taxi from the airport to the hotel should cost between € 40,- and € 50,-. We have a taxi company we work with who offer a fixed price for the trip. Please order your taxi with the reception.

By train: take the train to Amsterdam Central Station, in front of the train station you can take tram 2 or 12 to 'Prinsengracht'. The hotel is on your right side.

By bus: Take bus 397 from the airport to Amsterdam Leidseplein. The hotel is 5 min walk from the busstop.
