Great Location on the canal
I highly recommend the Dikker & Thijs. Great location on the canal, lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The Museum District, Anne Frank House and other attractions on walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable. Had a wounderful stay.

Well laid out relaxing room
Well laid out relaxing room as well as a lovely coffee lounge with pastries. Very central to everything. Bustling neighborhood with nearby shopping and night life, restaurants, but the room was quiet and peaceful

The staff was wonderful. Top rate!
Fantastic location within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, cafes and the museum district. There are also canal boat ride locations right outside the hotel door. Busy intersection but the street noise did not disrupt us at all. The room was fabulous, - spacious, clean, and comfortable. We did not partake in the breakfast but did appreciate the coffee every morning. I would strongly recommend this hotel to those just passing through or those staying for a longer periode of time. Lastly the staff was wonderful from the woman who checked us in to the gentleman who arranged for our taxi tot the airport. Top rate!

Excellent Hotel.
Excellent Hotel. This is an excellent hotel in a terrific location. Our family of five (parents, two sons and daughter in law) stayed in three rooms for six nights. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. Breakfast is fantastic —lots of choices. Guest service is outstanding. We loved staying here and highly recommend it.

Great Hotel
Great Hotel, very clean, great beds and shower, the rooms offer everything you need and more with daily cleans, fresh towels and complimentary bottles of water. It was a relatively busy atmosphere outside the hotel but not invasive and the trams can be heard passing by which I loved as we felt immersed into the city life of Amsterdam it’s a brilliant location to explore the city. I’d like to give a special mention to Chantal exceptional service above and beyond, we will be back..

Spotless and huge room
The room was spotless and huge for European standards, we had a canal view. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was great and a great way to start your day. Will be staying here again the next time in Amsterdam.

Really enjoyed our stay.
Lovely big room, excellent breakfast and very welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble with advice about visits and transport, extra pillows to support a bad back etc, coffee lounge and secure storage for luggage before and after check in. The junction on Prinsengracht is busy but the noise etc is balanced by excellent location, trams that go from outside to Centraal station and Museum plein etc. We can highly recommend it and really enjoyed our stay.
